Our whistleblower policy ensures that you can report illegal or concerning matters, that concerns Carl Ras.

Carl Ras A/S has implemented a Whistleblower system, through which it is possible to anonymously report serious violations of laws and regulations, if you wish to avoid using the normal communication channels.

Carl Ras A/S wants an open company culture where everyone can come forward freely and report their reasonable suspicions or knowledge of irregularities or illegalities in relation to Carl Ras A/S activities, employees, management, suppliers, and the like.

As a rule, there must be justified suspicions of violations of the legislation or Carl Ras' internal policies and guidelines.

Serious conditions can be, for example:

  • Economic crime such as embezzlement, bribery, fraud, forgery and theft of goods, furniture etc.
  • Physical violence and sexual abuse.
  • Irregularities regarding accounting and auditing.
  • Breach of competition laws (e.g. price fixing, exchange of price sensitive information, collusion with competitors).
  • Serious threats to the environment, health, and safety.

The whistleblower scheme ensures that reports can be treated confidentially and under secure conditions.

All employees, board members, accountants, lawyers, suppliers, and others with a work-related connection to Carl Ras can make reports via the system.

All reports are treated confidentially, regardless of whether you state your name or not.

If you wish to report a serious offense of violation of laws and regulations committed in the Carl Ras A/S organization, but do not think that Carl Ras A/S should handle your report, you can make an external report to the Danish Data Protection Authority's whistleblower scheme, which you can find HERE.

We encourage and appreciate your use of our anonymous Whistleblower system to report any legal violations or concerns.
